Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and will be on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order is dispatched. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below:

- Contact the courier on your behalf to follow up.
- Offer a replacement if deemed appropriate based on the situation.
We encourage you to contact the courier directly and file a claim. If the package remains undelivered, filing a police report may be necessary.
